We have gained extensive experience across all aspects of residential construction since 2002. In this time we have worked on all ranges of new home construction, property maintenance, renovations & extensions, building repairs and home rebuids. This vast experience enables us to tackle any job at your home with the support of our experienced & competent trade network.

While we are a small company, we have big ideas. We are predominantly based in South Brisbane, however in may be able to help you out from the Sunshine coast, to Toowoomba and south to the NSW Border.
We have access to trades all over South East Queensland to tackle any project.

Chris, Director
Coming from a construction family, Chris from Reconstruct Building has taken on and grown from the experience of his father and grandfather.
Construction has always been a part of Chris's life and there was never any question toward what the future would hold.
Chris has been in construction himself since 2002.
In this time, experience has been across all sectors of residential construction, as well as some light commercial construction work.
Chris is a qualified Carpenter who has undertaken study in Building, Business Management and Insurance Loss Adjusting.
In his career he has run a successful carpentry contracting business, managed a national team of insurance estimators/loss adjusters, monitored and managed an insurance repair panel on behalf of a prominent QLD insurance company and managed the end to end operation of an insurance repair building company.
Now moving on to his own Building company, there is not much in the residential repair and renovation space that Chris & Reconstruct Building has not been exposed to.
In this day and age, transparency, honesty and communication are the building blocks for a successful Builder /Client relationship and this is what Reconstruct Building centers itself around.
